In accordance with Section 32 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Swagrush provides a free method of entry to all promotional competitions. This ensures fair access for all South African consumers regardless of their ability to make a purchase.
How to Enter via Post
You may enter any of our promotional competitions without making a purchase by sending a handwritten entry via registered mail. Your postal entry carries equal validity to a purchased entry.
Entry Requirements
Your postal entry must include the following information, clearly handwritten:
- Your full name and surname
- Valid email address
- Contact telephone number
- Physical residential address
- Postal code
- The name of the competition you wish to enter
- A signed declaration that you are 18 years or older

Entry Guidelines
Timing

- - Allow 3-5 business days for postal delivery
- - Late entries will not be accepted
Limits
- - One postal entry per person per competition
- - Multiple entries will result in disqualification
- - Entries are non-transferable

- - Photocopied or typed entries will not be accepted
- - Illegible entries may be disqualified
- - The postage cost is the responsibility of the entrant
- - We recommend keeping proof of postage for your records
- - Postal entries do not include digital asset access
- - Winners must complete KYC verification regardless of entry method

A unique entry number is assigned and included in the competition pool.
Draw Participation
Your entry participates in the draw with equal chances as all other entries.
